This example is taken from the Potteries Museum and Art Gallery website and is described "1790-1810 Pearlware over-glaze painted figure. Height 34 cm. This figure of a Madonna and child was modelled after a terracotta figure by Lucas Faye d'Herbe now in the British Museum." I understand it is impressed WOOD & CALDWELL".
